Victoria Taylor

Victoria leads the team at Evolve and brings senior level business development experience across an extensive range of industries including pharmaceutical, legal, financial, healthcare and public sector. Victoria’s main focus has been on creating strategic corporate partnerships that generate significant income. Her strengths lie in creating long lasting and honest business relationships to maximise opportunities for the benefit of all parties.

Cath Davies

Following a 12 year career in sales management, clinical and business development within the pharmaceutical industry, Cath followed her passion for business development by co-founding Evolve Marketing Partners. Focusing on lead generation, Evolve began in 2007 with the simple goal of ‘helping clients grow by opening doors to new business opportunities’.

Sue Cosens

Sue has been with Evolve for over a decade and has 30 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry, inclusive of all aspects of sales, training (soft skills and sales), marketing, pharma advertising account management, market access, launch readiness scenarios and much more. Sue has a strong belief in the power of connections and engagement to drive successful long term business relationships. ABPI qualified.

Jeanne Williamson

Jeanne has worked with the Evolve team for more than a decade and is a Facilitator with over 20 years worldwide experience in the biotech and academic sectors. Jeanne helps clients bring innovations to market by providing a range of strategic and operational services. She develops strategic frameworks and conducts gap analyses, delivers actionable market insights and comprehensive landscape reports, manages product strategy and marketing communications, and champions the implementation of AI in marketing. Jeanne delivers impactful results and actionable roadmaps quickly and effectively.

Jane Mckenzie

Jane has been with Evolve for almost a decade and has over 25 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, particularly sales/account management, healthcare development, field sales training, business development and coaching roles. From training surgical teams in the operating theatre to helping MedTech and Digital Health companies navigate the NHS, Jane has a knack for turning complex science into meaningful conversations.
